Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 48 hours from the date of order is picked, subject to your returns passing quality checks.
Refund will reflect as per the below-mentioned timelines, post-initiation:
- Payment gateway refunds ( prepaid orders) take 5-7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
- For a cash-on-delivery order, you will receive a link on WhatsApp and email. You need to put in your number and accept a refund via UPI/ Bank account transfer. It will take 5-7 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
